WIP tooling
WIP equipment ensures the safe transportation of components within a manufacturing environment. Eliminating the risks associated with direct manual handling of heavy and large components both to the user and to the component itself. WIP tooling allows: Bespoke design for each type of component, protection of the component when in transport both internally and externally, reduction in costs associated with damage to components when in manufacture, increase in operating efficiency due to reduction in time taken to move components from point to point.
SCR
SCR is a loop of reusable containers (currently over 22,000 boxes) used to deliver finished parts from UK internal and external supply chain to Rolls-Royce assembly lines (Derby, Bristol and Germany).
GSE
GSE is designed to perform many functions: ground support for engine, engine cowling manufacturers, airports, aircraft maintenance, transport tooling for aeronautics, defence, space, nuclear and marine industries, handling of weapons systems in proximity to fighter planes, naval ships, and other high security areas, equipment maintenance to operational standards, with maintenance operations recorded through a tracing system, care and maintenance of fleets at production sites or customer sites, storage or inventory management with flow “traceability”.
