MANUFACTURING

• Production of handling and transport packages for nuclear waste (IP-2, Type A and Type B)

• Storage packages for nuclear waste: An example of this is the ILW 3m3 containers that we have designed, prototyped and qualified for Sellafield Ltd in view of mass production.

• Precision engineered equipment for nuclear reactors: DAHER supplied a JET work package for machining, sheet metalwork and coded welding of poloidal and toroidal conduits in Inconel and stainless steel, for assembly and fitting to a large jig supplied by EFDA. The jig has been used to assemble two kilometres of diagnostics cabling through conduits in the fusion reactor.
