• Returnable Containers: Plastic, Fibreglass, Wooden containers, Metal Stillages and inserts available (internal fittings and fixtures in order to ensure the component being transported is offered the utmost protection like CNC cut foam fittings, plastic & vacuum formed fittings, wooden partitions & fixtures). • Onsite Containers: WIP Equipment which ensures the safe transportation of products, tools and components and Wooden Units from a simple pallet to a raised work platform. • Ground Support Equipment: For engine and engine cowling manufacturers, airports and aircraft maintenance, transport tooling for aeronautics, defence, space, nuclear and marine industries... • Disposable Packaging: DAHER supplies a host of disposable packaging to various specifications and design. INTEGRATED PRODUCT AND SERVICES
Supply chain support: SCR is a loop of reusable containers (currently over 22,000 boxes) used to deliver finished parts from UK internal and external supply chain to Rolls-Royce assembly lines (Derby, Bristol and Germany).
Factory internal flow management: WIP tooling ensures the safe transportation of components within a manufacturing environment. Eliminating the risks associated with direct manual handling of heavy and large components both to the user and to the component itself. WIP tooling allows: Bespoke design for each type of component, protection of the component when in transport both internally and externally, reduction in costs associated with damage to components when in manufacture, increase in operating efficiency due to reduction in time taken to move components from point to point.
